All prices cover delivery, pickup, disposal fees, and a weight allowance. Additional charges apply for construction and demolition over the weight limit: $110 per ton. Prices do not include tax or specialty surcharges. Each rental includes a 7-day period, with additional days available at $10 per day or $300 per month. Commercial accounts are charged differently, on 30-day periods.
A dumpster rental fee is applied when the rental terms are violated, such as overloading the container, disposing of prohibited items, or exceeding the weight limit. To avoid unexpected costs, please review your rental agreement and what is included in your rate. Note that fees can vary based on location and debris types.
What They Are: Charged when materials require special handling or are not accepted at the landfill. How to Avoid: If you’re unsure about disposing of a specific item, call our team at 315-709-9110. Pricing Range: $25 – $200 per item.
What They Are: Charged when obstacles prevent the truck driver from dropping off or picking up your dumpster, including overloading the dumpster. How to Avoid: Ensure there’s a clear path for the truck and stay within weight limits. Pricing Range: $150 – $350.
What They Are: Charged when you exceed the specified weight limit in your agreement. How to Avoid: Monitor the weight of the debris and refer to your rental agreement for weight limits. Pricing Range: $110 per ton over the specified weight limit.
What It Is: Applied if debris is overflowing or hanging over the sides of the dumpster, making it unsafe for transport. How to Avoid: Ensure debris is level with the top of the container. Pricing Range: Trip Fee ($150 – $350) + the cost of a new container (if needed), at the driver’s discretion.
What They Are: Charged if you need to keep the rental longer than the included 7-day period. How to Avoid: Return the dumpster on time or notify us in advance if you need an extension. Pricing Range: $10 per day or $300 per month.
What It Is: Charged if you cancel your order after the dumpster has been delivered. How to Avoid: Notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Pricing Range: $150 for trip fee to remove the empty container.
